  引言

  本(ben)課(ke)題(ti)組研制(zhi)的(de)(de)直徑30mm行波超聲(sheng)(sheng)波電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)額定轉速90r/min,最(zui)大(da)轉矩達0.1NM,已經具有(you)比較(jiao)好(hao)的(de)(de)實用(yong)價值(zhi)。但是驅(qu)(qu)(qu)動(dong)(dong)超聲(sheng)(sheng)波電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)需(xu)(xu)要(yao)兩相高(gao)頻(pin)正弦(xian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)[1],且幅(fu)值(zhi)較(jiao)大(da),一般采用(yong)變壓(ya)器升壓(ya)的(de)(de)方式(shi)驅(qu)(qu)(qu)動(dong)(dong)超聲(sheng)(sheng)波電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji),這樣的(de)(de)好(hao)處(chu)在于變壓(ya)器的(de)(de)升壓(ya)倍數不受驅(qu)(qu)(qu)動(dong)(dong)信號(hao)頻(pin)率的(de)(de)影(ying)響,驅(qu)(qu)(qu)動(dong)(dong)頻(pin)率的(de)(de)可調范圍很(hen)大(da)。方便對超聲(sheng)(sheng)波電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)進行調頻(pin)控制(zhi)[2]。隨之帶(dai)來(lai)的(de)(de)缺點就(jiu)是由于變壓(ya)器的(de)(de)存在而(er)使(shi)得(de)驅(qu)(qu)(qu)動(dong)(dong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)的(de)(de)體積(ji)較(jiao)大(da)。在實用(yong)性(xing)的(de)(de)驅(qu)(qu)(qu)動(dong)(dong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)中,不需(xu)(xu)要(yao)做調頻(pin)控制(zhi)的(de)(de)情況下,為(wei)了克服驅(qu)(qu)(qu)動(dong)(dong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)體積(ji)大(da)這一缺點,采用(yong)LC諧振升壓(ya)的(de)(de)方法取得(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)運行所需(xu)(xu)的(de)(de)激勵信號(hao),省略了變壓(ya)器環(huan)節,使(shi)得(de)驅(qu)(qu)(qu)動(dong)(dong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)更(geng)加小巧實用(yong)。

  1驅動機理

  超聲波(bo)電機(ji)(ji)是利用逆壓(ya)電效應(ying),通(tong)過(guo)定轉子(zi)之間(jian)的摩擦(ca)耦合(he),將電能轉化(hua)為機(ji)(ji)械能的裝置[3-4]。其驅動(dong)的關鍵在于定子(zi)與(yu)轉子(zi)的接觸表(biao)面(mian)質點產(chan)生(sheng)的橢圓運(yun)動(dong)。對于行波(bo)型(xing)超聲波(bo)電機(ji)(ji),驅動(dong)機(ji)(ji)理可以見圖1、圖2。

  壓電(dian)(dian)材料(liao)(liao)預先處(chu)于(yu)被(bei)極(ji)化的狀態,隨著(zhu)電(dian)(dian)極(ji)上的電(dian)(dian)壓的變(bian)化,壓電(dian)(dian)材料(liao)(liao)的形變(bian)也會相應加大和減小,從(cong)而激勵(li)出(chu)定(ding)子(zi)表面(mian)的質點(dian)振(zhen)動。即便不改變(bian)加在壓電(dian)(dian)材料(liao)(liao)上的電(dian)(dian)壓的極(ji)性(xing),只(zhi)是改變(bian)所加電(dian)(dian)壓的幅值,定(ding)子(zi)表面(mian)質點(dian)仍然存(cun)在振(zhen)動的趨勢,形成定(ding)子(zi)表面(mian)的行波,從(cong)而驅動超聲波電(dian)(dian)機運行。

  2驅動電路(lu)的設計

  由(you)以上(shang)對超聲(sheng)波電(dian)(dian)機驅(qu)動(dong)機理的(de)分析,可(ke)以使超聲(sheng)波電(dian)(dian)機的(de)驅(qu)動(dong)電(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu)得到簡(jian)化。簡(jian)化后的(de)驅(qu)動(dong)電(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu)如圖3。由(you)于(yu)兩相電(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu)形式相同(tong),這里只畫(hua)出其中一相。

  同一(yi)個橋(qiao)臂上(shang)的(de)兩個開(kai)關管(guan)Q1和Q2的(de)開(kai)通關斷互補(bu),且占空比為(wei)(wei)(wei)50%。快恢復二極管(guan)D1和D2為(wei)(wei)(wei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)感L提(ti)供(gong)續(xu)流通路。作(zuo)為(wei)(wei)(wei)負載的(de)超聲波(bo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)機可(ke)(ke)以等效(xiao)為(wei)(wei)(wei)一(yi)個阻容(rong)性(xing)負載[5],LC連同電(dian)(dian)(dian)機本身的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)一(yi)起構成選頻網絡,將(jiang)方波(bo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓波(bo)形調整為(wei)(wei)(wei)正弦電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓波(bo)形。所以驅動電(dian)(dian)(dian)路可(ke)(ke)以進一(yi)步簡化為(wei)(wei)(wei)圖4。

  其中(zhong)(zhong)等(deng)(deng)效電(dian)容(rong)與等(deng)(deng)效電(dian)阻的(de)值(zhi)可(ke)(ke)以通過(guo)LCR測量(liang)儀取得。本實驗使用的(de)電(dian)機的(de)并(bing)聯等(deng)(deng)效電(dian)阻為(wei)1.3M?,并(bing)聯等(deng)(deng)效電(dian)容(rong)為(wei)2.2nF。根(gen)據圖4,可(ke)(ke)知施(shi)加到(dao)超(chao)聲波電(dian)機上的(de)電(dian)壓向(xiang)量(liang)表示為(wei)式(shi)(1)(式(shi)中(zhong)(zhong)Cq為(wei)圖4中(zhong)(zhong)C與Cm的(de)并(bing)聯。下同(tong))

  3實驗結果

  以上計算值可以作為(wei)元件參數(shu)的(de)(de)選取(qu)(qu)提供了依據,因電(dian)(dian)(dian)機的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)容在(zai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)機運(yun)行(xing)后會有一定幅度的(de)(de)變化,為(wei)了穩定電(dian)(dian)(dian)路的(de)(de)輸出,同時為(wei)了取(qu)(qu)得較高(gao)的(de)(de)諧振(zhen)品質因數(shu)和(he)更好的(de)(de)濾除電(dian)(dian)(dian)源側(ce)的(de)(de)高(gao)次諧波,實(shi)(shi)際(ji)使用的(de)(de)LC參數(shu)還要在(zai)理論數(shu)據的(de)(de)基礎(chu)根據實(shi)(shi)際(ji)做小幅調整(zheng)。實(shi)(shi)驗選取(qu)(qu)L=2.7mH;C=2.2nF。其中C與電(dian)(dian)(dian)機的(de)(de)等效電(dian)(dian)(dian)容Cm相同。可以改善電(dian)(dian)(dian)機電(dian)(dian)(dian)容變化對(dui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)路造成的(de)(de)影響。又不至于耗費過多的(de)(de)無功功率。L遠大于C,因此LC諧振(zhen)的(de)(de)選頻特性很(hen)好。電(dian)(dian)(dian)機輸入(ru)端的(de)(de)實(shi)(shi)驗波形(xing)圖(tu)5。此時電(dian)(dian)(dian)機正(zheng)常運(yun)轉。

  由圖5可知(zhi),LC諧振可以取得(de)電(dian)機(ji)運轉(zhuan)所需的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)壓(ya),其中示波(bo)器CH1所示的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)一相(xiang)(xiang)電(dian)壓(ya)基本無極性的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)改變,證明了含(han)有直流偏置(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)交流電(dian)壓(ya)可以驅(qu)(qu)動行波(bo)超聲波(bo)電(dian)機(ji)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)觀(guan)點(dian)。CH1與CH2的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)差別是由于電(dian)機(ji)電(dian)容隨電(dian)機(ji)運轉(zhuan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)狀(zhuang)態會產生一定程度變化,且(qie)電(dian)機(ji)兩(liang)(liang)相(xiang)(xiang)等(deng)效電(dian)容參數存在差異,所以導致兩(liang)(liang)相(xiang)(xiang)波(bo)形(xing)會有比(bi)較(jiao)大的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)不同(tong)。提高電(dian)機(ji)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)制造工藝(yi),或為每一相(xiang)(xiang)電(dian)路(lu)(lu)做更精細的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)路(lu)(lu)匹配,會使這個差異減小。圖6為53.7fkHz=的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)情況下,輸出電(dian)壓(ya)波(bo)形(xing)。對比(bi)圖5可知(zhi)輸出電(dian)壓(ya)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)幅(fu)值(zhi)對驅(qu)(qu)動頻率比(bi)較(jiao)敏感。不過(guo)對于不需要調速的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)應用場合(he),LC諧振型驅(qu)(qu)動電(dian)路(lu)(lu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)小體(ti)積(ji)優(you)勢比(bi)較(jiao)明顯。

  4結論

  本文通過對行(xing)波型(xing)超聲波電(dian)(dian)機(ji)的驅動機(ji)理(li)分析,設計了一(yi)種(zhong)單橋臂LC諧振(zhen)升壓(ya)的實用(yong)型(xing)驅動電(dian)(dian)路(lu),根據串聯諧振(zhen)的電(dian)(dian)路(lu)特(te)性,選取(qu)了適(shi)當的電(dian)(dian)路(lu)參(can)數,成功對超聲波電(dian)(dian)機(ji)實現了驅動,省略(lve)了通常驅動電(dian)(dian)路(lu)中(zhong)所使用(yong)的變壓(ya)器環(huan)節,有效(xiao)減小(xiao)了電(dian)(dian)路(lu)體積(ji)。由于(yu)驅動電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)對頻(pin)率敏感,為了穩定(ding)驅動電(dian)(dian)路(lu)的性能(neng),可加入頻(pin)率跟蹤(zong)[6]環(huan)節以取(qu)得穩定(ding)的電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)輸(shu)出。
