高壓功率放大器在聲頻定向系統自解調信號測試中的應用

研究(jiu)方(fang)向(xiang):聲(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)頻(pin)定(ding)向(xiang)系統(tong)(tong)是第一種可(ke)(ke)(ke)產生(sheng)高指(zhi)向(xiang)性(xing)(xing)(xing)可(ke)(ke)(ke)聽聲(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)的新概念聲(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)源(yuan)。參量(liang)聲(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)學陣的提出為(wei)利(li)用(yong)空氣(qi)中(zhong)聲(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)波的非線性(xing)(xing)(xing)傳(chuan)播效應產生(sheng)指(zhi)向(xiang)性(xing)(xing)(xing)聲(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)束提供了理(li)論依據。本(ben)文探索了利(li)用(yong)參量(liang)聲(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)學陣作(zuo)為(wei)可(ke)(ke)(ke)聽聲(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)源(yuan),產生(sheng)指(zhi)向(xiang)性(xing)(xing)(xing)聲(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)頻(pin)的基(ji)礎理(li)論及系統(tong)(tong)實現關鍵(jian)技術(shu),以推動(dong)聲(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)頻(pin)定(ding)向(xiang)系統(tong)(tong)的基(ji)礎性(xing)(xing)(xing)研究(jiu)與實用(yong)化進(jin)程。
實驗目的:到目(mu)前為止(zhi),聲(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)頻(pin)(pin)定(ding)(ding)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)系(xi)(xi)統的(de)(de)(de)實驗研(yan)究(jiu)開展較少,使(shi)得(de)一些關鍵(jian)(jian)性問題(ti)仍然未能得(de)到有(you)效解決(jue)。這些問題(ti)中具(ju)有(you)典(dian)型代表意義的(de)(de)(de)主要有(you):1、目(mu)前聲(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)頻(pin)(pin)定(ding)(ding)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)系(xi)(xi)統采用的(de)(de)(de)理論(lun)能在(zai)多大(da)程(cheng)度上指(zhi)導聲(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)頻(pin)(pin)定(ding)(ding)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)系(xi)(xi)統設計;2、聲(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)頻(pin)(pin)定(ding)(ding)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)系(xi)(xi)統的(de)(de)(de)指(zhi)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)性、諧波失真、自解調聲(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓等關鍵(jian)(jian)性能參數該如何(he)測試(shi)(shi)才(cai)能最大(da)程(cheng)度地反應聲(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)頻(pin)(pin)定(ding)(ding)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)系(xi)(xi)統的(de)(de)(de)總體(ti)性能;3、對聲(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)頻(pin)(pin)定(ding)(ding)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)系(xi)(xi)統自解調信號影響參數及規律(lv)缺乏了解,無法建立有(you)效的(de)(de)(de)測試(shi)(shi)方法體(ti)系(xi)(xi)。探索(suo)聲(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)頻(pin)(pin)定(ding)(ding)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)系(xi)(xi)統的(de)(de)(de)性能測試(shi)(shi)方法,通過實驗研(yan)究(jiu)找出這些關鍵(jian)(jian)問題(ti)的(de)(de)(de)答(da)案(an)。
測試設備:1臺(tai)(tai)(tai)YB1639信(xin)號(hao)(hao)發生器(qi)、1臺(tai)(tai)(tai)Agilent35670A動態信(xin)號(hao)(hao)分(fen)析儀(yi)、1臺(tai)(tai)(tai)電腦組成(cheng);(2)信(xin)號(hao)(hao)處(chu)理系統1套:即聲(sheng)頻(pin)定向(xiang)系統DSP系統:(3)功率(lv)放(fang)大器(qi):AigtekATA-4011B功率(lv)放(fang)大器(qi);(4)換能器(qi):1個(ge)(ge)300mmx300mn的PVDF膜整體式(shi)換能器(qi);(5)傳聲(sheng)器(qi)1個(ge)(ge):頻(pin)率(lv)響(xiang)應為20Hz~16.2kHz;(6)信(xin)號(hao)(hao)采集設(she)備1個(ge)(ge),最高采樣頻(pin)率(lv)192kHz;(7)數據顯示與(yu)儲存設(she)備:由1臺(tai)(tai)(tai)TDS1012示波器(qi)、1臺(tai)(tai)(tai)Agilent35670A動態信(xin)號(hao)(hao)分(fen)析儀(yi)及(ji)1臺(tai)(tai)(tai)電腦組成(cheng)。
實驗過程:聲(sheng)頻定向(xiang)(xiang)系統(tong)自(zi)解(jie)調信(xin)(xin)號(hao)(hao)(hao)(hao)(hao)測試大體流程為:(1)由YB1639信(xin)(xin)號(hao)(hao)(hao)(hao)(hao)發生器,或(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)Agilent35670A動(dong)態(tai)信(xin)(xin)號(hao)(hao)(hao)(hao)(hao)分析(xi)儀,或(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)電(dian)(dian)腦產生正弦輸(shu)(shu)入(ru)信(xin)(xin)號(hao)(hao)(hao)(hao)(hao)或(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)寬帶(dai)音頻信(xin)(xin)號(hao)(hao)(hao)(hao)(hao);(2)輸(shu)(shu)入(ru)信(xin)(xin)號(hao)(hao)(hao)(hao)(hao)經DSP系統(tong)調用各(ge)種算法進(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)信(xin)(xin)號(hao)(hao)(hao)(hao)(hao)處理后(hou)輸(shu)(shu)出到功率放(fang)大器進(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)功率放(fang)大;(3)功率可(ke)AigtekATA-4011B功放(fang)放(fang)大;(4)放(fang)大后(hou)的信(xin)(xin)號(hao)(hao)(hao)(hao)(hao)經換能器轉(zhuan)換為超聲(sheng)波(bo)信(xin)(xin)號(hao)(hao)(hao)(hao)(hao)向(xiang)(xiang)空(kong)氣中(zhong)發射;(5)該超聲(sheng)波(bo)在空(kong)氣中(zhong)傳播(bo)的過程中(zhong)自(zi)解(jie)調產生高指(zhi)向(xiang)(xiang)性(xing)可(ke)聽聲(sheng);(6)傳聲(sheng)器將(jiang)自(zi)解(jie)調可(ke)聽聲(sheng)信(xin)(xin)號(hao)(hao)(hao)(hao)(hao)的聲(sheng)壓轉(zhuan)換為電(dian)(dian)信(xin)(xin)號(hao)(hao)(hao)(hao)(hao)輸(shu)(shu)入(ru)信(xin)(xin)號(hao)(hao)(hao)(hao)(hao)采集設(she)備;(7)由示波(bo)器TDS1012、動(dong)態(tai)信(xin)(xin)號(hao)(hao)(hao)(hao)(hao)分析(xi)儀Agilent35670A或(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)電(dian)(dian)腦顯示、采集由聲(sheng)壓轉(zhuan)換成的電(dian)(dian)信(xin)(xin)號(hao)(hao)(hao)(hao)(hao),并(bing)儲存該信(xin)(xin)號(hao)(hao)(hao)(hao)(hao);(8)將(jiang)TDS1012示波(bo)器或(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)Agilent35670A動(dong)態(tai)信(xin)(xin)號(hao)(hao)(hao)(hao)(hao)分析(xi)儀儲存的信(xin)(xin)號(hao)(hao)(hao)(hao)(hao)導入(ru)電(dian)(dian)腦中(zhong),通(tong)(tong)過MATLAB進(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)信(xin)(xin)號(hao)(hao)(hao)(hao)(hao)分析(xi),或(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)直接(jie)通(tong)(tong)過音頻信(xin)(xin)號(hao)(hao)(hao)(hao)(hao)處理軟件對(dui)該測試信(xin)(xin)號(hao)(hao)(hao)(hao)(hao)進(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)分析(xi)。

實驗結果:在該項測(ce)試(shi)中,測(ce)試(shi)條(tiao)件如(ru)下:(1)測(ce)試(shi)環境為一全消(xiao)聲室,背景噪聲約為17~184B;(2)測(ce)試(shi)系(xi)(xi)統采(cai)用(yong)(yong)B&K公司專用(yong)(yong)聲學(xue)測(ce)試(shi)系(xi)(xi)統;(3)測(ce)試(shi)距離(li)為3m,并使傳聲器(qi)初始位(wei)置(zhi)處于聲波傳播軸線上進行測(ce)試(shi);(4)聲頻定向系(xi)(xi)統采(cai)用(yong)(yong)的信號處理方法(fa)為N階近(jin)似平方根法(fa),且N=3,m=0.6。
本次測試(shi)(shi)對(dui)頻(pin)率(lv)分別為500Hz、1kHz和(he)3kHz的(de)輸入信號在空(kong)氣中產生的(de)自解調聲頻(pin)波的(de)指向性(xing)進行了測試(shi)(shi)。
由(you)圖(tu)7-2(a)可知,當輸入為500Hz信號(hao)時,測得的-3dB指向(xiang)(xiang)性銳角Θ-3dB/2≈2°,-15dB指向(xiang)(xiang)性銳角Θ-15dB/2≈5°,因此此時自(zi)解調(diao)聲頻信號(hao)具有很強的指向(xiang)(xiang)性。
由圖(tu)7-2(b)可知,當輸(shu)入為1kHz信(xin)號(hao)時(shi),測得的-3dB指(zhi)(zhi)向(xiang)(xiang)性銳角(jiao)Θ-3dB/2≈1°,-15dB指(zhi)(zhi)向(xiang)(xiang)性銳角(jiao)Θ-15dB/2≈4.5°,自(zi)解調信(xin)號(hao)的指(zhi)(zhi)向(xiang)(xiang)性略(lve)強于500Hz的自(zi)解調信(xin)號(hao)指(zhi)(zhi)向(xiang)(xiang)性。
由圖7-2(c)可(ke)知,當輸入為3kHz信(xin)號時,測得的-3dB指(zhi)向(xiang)性(xing)銳(rui)角(jiao)Θ-3dB/2≈0.8°-15dB指(zhi)向(xiang)性(xing)銳(rui)角(jiao)Θ-15dB/2~4°。自解調(diao)(diao)聲頻信(xin)號的指(zhi)向(xiang)性(xing)略強于(yu)1kHz輸入信(xin)號的自解調(diao)(diao)信(xin)號指(zhi)向(xiang)性(xing)。

結論(lun)7-1:(1)采用(yong)整體式PVDF膜換(huan)能器的聲頻定向(xiang)(xiang)系統(tong),可成功(gong)產生具有很強指向(xiang)(xiang)性的聲頻波;(2)自解調(diao)信號的指向(xiang)(xiang)性隨輸(shu)入信號頻率的增(zeng)大而增(zeng)強。
