介質阻擋(dang)放電等離子體激(ji)勵(li)(li)器(qi)(dielectricbarrierdischargeplasmaactuator,DBDPA)的研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)以來,得益于(yu)DBDPA具有(you)結構簡單(dan)、無移動(dong)部(bu)件、質量(liang)輕、可布置于(yu)物體表面、響應速度快、無寄生阻力(li)(li)、易(yi)于(yu)數值模擬等優點,逐(zhu)漸成為(wei)(wei)流動(dong)控制(zhi)領域(yu)的研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)熱點,涵蓋抑(yi)制(zhi)流動(dong)分離、增升減阻、改善失速特(te)(te)性(xing)(xing)、延遲轉捩、降噪(zao)等方向。為(wei)(wei)提(ti)升DBDPA的工(gong)作(zuo)性(xing)(xing)能,國(guo)內外開(kai)展了大量(liang)的針(zhen)對激(ji)勵(li)(li)器(qi)電極邊緣(yuan)(yuan)形(xing)狀、電壓波形(xing)、絕緣(yuan)(yuan)材料、放電特(te)(te)性(xing)(xing)的分析與激(ji)勵(li)(li)器(qi)結構優化(hua)研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)。這些研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)基(ji)(ji)本針(zhen)對大氣(qi)壓環境,為(wei)(wei)適應飛行(xing)器(qi)在高空飛行(xing)中所面臨的低(di)氣(qi)壓環境,有(you)必要開(kai)展低(di)氣(qi)壓下的DBDPA工(gong)作(zuo)特(te)(te)性(xing)(xing)研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)。目前此方面的研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)相對較少(shao),國(guo)外主要基(ji)(ji)于(yu)天(tian)平(ping)測量(liang)反(fan)推力(li)(li)開(kai)展研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)。
安泰電(dian)子(zi)ATA-67100高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)放(fang)大(da)器(qi),可以提供20kVpp交(jiao)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya),能產生直流(liu)(liu)、交(jiao)流(liu)(liu)正弦、脈(mo)沖、方波(bo)、三角波(bo)、鋸齒波(bo)和(he)隨機波(bo)形等。可以施(shi)加在電(dian)等離子(zi)體(ti)激勵器(qi)(dielectricbarrierdischargeplasmaactuator,DBDPA)的電(dian)極兩端施(shi)加強電(dian)場,構(gou)建(jian)實(shi)驗(yan)環境,并且該高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)放(fang)大(da)器(qi)可以輸出直流(liu)(liu)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya),可以適(shi)配更多等離子(zi)體(ti)實(shi)驗(yan)應用。
實驗名稱:介質阻(zu)擋放(fang)電等(deng)離子體(ti)激勵器放(fang)電特性研究(jiu)
實(shi)驗原(yuan)理:利用脈(mo)沖電弧對半封(feng)閉腔(qiang)體(ti)(ti)內部的空氣進行快速(su)增(zeng)溫增(zeng)壓,最終誘導高速(su)射(she)流噴(pen)出,等(deng)(deng)(deng)離子體(ti)(ti)合成射(she)流激勵(li)(li)器在一(yi)(yi)個周期內的工作(zuo)過程(cheng)包含三個階段:放電能量沉積、射(she)流和吸氣恢復.與介質阻(zu)擋(dang)放電等(deng)(deng)(deng)離子體(ti)(ti)激勵(li)(li)器、脈(mo)沖電弧等(deng)(deng)(deng)離子體(ti)(ti)激勵(li)(li)器和傳(chuan)統的壓電式/活塞式合成射(she)流激勵(li)(li)器相比,等(deng)(deng)(deng)離子體(ti)(ti)合成射(she)流激勵(li)(li)器是(shi)唯一(yi)(yi)一(yi)(yi)個將結構簡單(若干電極+一(yi)(yi)個腔(qiang)體(ti)(ti))、射(she)流速(su)度高和工作(zuo)頻帶寬結合在一(yi)(yi)起的新(xin)型激勵(li)(li)器。
測試設備:ATA-7030高壓(ya)放大器、信號發生器、上位機(ji)、相(xiang)機(ji)等。

實驗過程:
函(han)數(shu)發(fa)生(sheng)器(qi)(qi)(qi)產生(sheng)信號輸入到(dao)高(gao)壓(ya)放(fang)大器(qi)(qi)(qi),高(gao)壓(ya)放(fang)大器(qi)(qi)(qi)對(dui)輸入信號進行放(fang)大,放(fang)大后的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)分別輸出(chu)到(dao)等離子(zi)體(ti)激勵器(qi)(qi)(qi)兩電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極產生(sheng)強(qiang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)場(chang)。可調劑高(gao)壓(ya)放(fang)大器(qi)(qi)(qi)編碼(ma)器(qi)(qi)(qi)旋(xuan)鈕控制(zhi)(zhi)DBDPA兩極板間的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)從而改(gai)(gai)變電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)場(chang)強(qiang)度(du),再改(gai)(gai)變真(zhen)空腔體(ti)的(de)氣壓(ya)大小研究氣壓(ya)對(dui)介質阻擋放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)的(de)放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)模式(shi)、電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi)密度(du)、電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi)溫度(du)和誘導氣流速(su)度(du)等的(de)影響。同時(shi)粒子(zi)成像測速(su)(particleimagevelocimetry,PIV)系統(tong)采(cai)用丹(dan)麥DANTEC公司的(de)二維(wei)PIV系統(tong),主要有激光(guang)器(qi)(qi)(qi)、CCD相機、同步控制(zhi)(zhi)器(qi)(qi)(qi)以(yi)及(ji)專(zhuan)業圖(tu)像處理(li)軟(ruan)件Dynamicstudio構(gou)成。
實驗結果:
DBDPA放(fang)(fang)(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)中(zhong),外(wai)在(zai)氣(qi)(qi)壓(ya)和(he)外(wai)加電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)場強度(du)均會影響(xiang)到電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi)雪崩(beng)。DBDPA的明(ming)放(fang)(fang)(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)是伴隨著電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi)雪崩(beng)開(kai)始的,電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)波形上(shang)會有明(ming)顯的脈沖(chong)(chong)產生(sheng)。實驗中(zhong),在(zai)不(bu)同氣(qi)(qi)壓(ya)下(xia),逐(zhu)漸提(ti)升激勵(li)(li)(li)器的驅(qu)動(dong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya),將放(fang)(fang)(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)波形開(kai)始出(chu)現脈沖(chong)(chong)時(shi)的驅(qu)動(dong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)視為DBDPA的起始放(fang)(fang)(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)。激勵(li)(li)(li)器的放(fang)(fang)(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)功率與驅(qu)動(dong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)成(cheng)正(zheng)比(bi),激勵(li)(li)(li)器放(fang)(fang)(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)產生(sheng)的時(shi)均反(fan)推力與驅(qu)動(dong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)和(he)頻率均成(cheng)正(zheng)比(bi)。隨著氣(qi)(qi)壓(ya)的降低,時(shi)均反(fan)推力呈現出(chu)先增后減的趨勢,存在(zai)峰(feng)值(zhi)氣(qi)(qi)壓(ya),且驅(qu)動(dong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)越高,峰(feng)值(zhi)氣(qi)(qi)壓(ya)也越高。激勵(li)(li)(li)器放(fang)(fang)(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)產生(sheng)的誘導氣(qi)(qi)流(liu)時(shi)均速(su)度(du)與驅(qu)動(dong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)和(he)頻率均成(cheng)正(zheng)比(bi),與氣(qi)(qi)壓(ya)成(cheng)反(fan)比(bi)。
功放(fang)的(de)作用:主要放(fang)大信(xin)號發生(sheng)器(qi)的(de)小(xiao)信(xin)號,為(wei)實驗(yan)中(zhong)提供20kVpp的(de)電壓,用來在介質阻擋放(fang)電等離(li)子(zi)體激(ji)勵器(qi)兩(liang)電極之間產(chan)生(sheng)強電場。
