高壓放大器基于PMN-PT透明陶瓷在電光調制研究中的應用

  實驗名稱:PMN-PT透明陶瓷在電光(guang)調制領域(yu)的應用探(tan)索

  測試目的:

  PMN-PT透明(ming)陶(tao)瓷具有優良的(de)電(dian)光(guang)(guang)(guang)性(xing)能,但由于制備(bei)高透明(ming)陶(tao)瓷的(de)難(nan)度,其(qi)在光(guang)(guang)(guang)通信(xin)(xin)領域(yu)的(de)應用(yong)研究很少。為了探索其(qi)在光(guang)(guang)(guang)通信(xin)(xin)中的(de)應用(yong),我們基(ji)于Sm摻雜(za)含量0.5%mol的(de)PMN-PT透明(ming)電(dian)光(guang)(guang)(guang)陶(tao)瓷設計了一款電(dian)光(guang)(guang)(guang)調制系統(tong)。圖1(a)是(shi)該信(xin)(xin)號傳輸裝(zhuang)置的(de)示意圖。從左到(dao)右(you)依次是(shi)632nm的(de)He-Ne激光(guang)(guang)(guang)器,起(qi)偏(pian)器,透明(ming)電(dian)光(guang)(guang)(guang)陶(tao)瓷,檢偏(pian)器,硅光(guang)(guang)(guang)電(dian)池及后(hou)續二級放大電(dian)路。信(xin)(xin)號發生器用(yong)來產生初始信(xin)(xin)號,示波(bo)器可(ke)以直(zhi)觀觀察(cha)到(dao)發送和(he)接收到(dao)的(de)信(xin)(xin)號,電(dian)腦(nao)端使用(yong)了自己編的(de)LabVIEW程(cheng)序(xu)可(ke)以將信(xin)(xin)號顯示到(dao)屏幕上(shang)。

  測試設備:高壓放大器(qi)、信號發生器(qi)、示波(bo)器(qi)、He-Ne激光器(qi)、起偏(pian)器(qi)、電光陶瓷、電腦等。

  圖(tu)1(a)是電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)光(guang)(guang)開關(guan)的(de)原理示意(yi)圖(tu)。如圖(tu)所示,將電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)光(guang)(guang)材料(liao)放置于兩(liang)相(xiang)互垂直的(de)偏(pian)(pian)(pian)振(zhen)片(pian)之間時(shi)(shi),在未加電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)場(chang)時(shi)(shi),由(you)于起偏(pian)(pian)(pian)器(qi)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)偏(pian)(pian)(pian)器(qi)相(xiang)互垂直,理論上(shang)激(ji)光(guang)(guang)不能透過(guo)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)偏(pian)(pian)(pian)器(qi),但(dan)是當(dang)在電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)光(guang)(guang)材料(liao)上(shang)施加一(yi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)場(chang)時(shi)(shi),由(you)于電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)光(guang)(guang)效應使得通過(guo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)光(guang)(guang)材料(liao)的(de)偏(pian)(pian)(pian)振(zhen)光(guang)(guang)的(de)偏(pian)(pian)(pian)振(zhen)態(tai)發生偏(pian)(pian)(pian)轉,從(cong)而可(ke)以有一(yi)部分光(guang)(guang)透過(guo)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)偏(pian)(pian)(pian)器(qi),透過(guo)光(guang)(guang)的(de)強(qiang)弱可(ke)以通過(guo)施加的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)場(chang)大小來(lai)調(diao)控。當(dang)施加的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)為(wei)半(ban)波電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)時(shi)(shi),o光(guang)(guang)和(he)e光(guang)(guang)相(xiang)位差達(da)到180度(du),光(guang)(guang)的(de)偏(pian)(pian)(pian)振(zhen)態(tai)旋轉90度(du),此時(shi)(shi)透射出透明陶瓷的(de)光(guang)(guang)的(de)偏(pian)(pian)(pian)振(zhen)方向(xiang)與檢(jian)(jian)(jian)偏(pian)(pian)(pian)器(qi)平行,光(guang)(guang)強(qiang)達(da)到峰值,如圖(tu)1(b)所示。

  如圖(tu)2所示(shi),我們可以(yi)通過高(gao)壓放(fang)大器將信(xin)號(hao)電(dian)(dian)壓施加到材(cai)料(liao)的(de)(de)兩(liang)端(duan),利用(yong)材(cai)料(liao)本身的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)光效應,實現電(dian)(dian)信(xin)號(hao)到光信(xin)號(hao)的(de)(de)調制,解調端(duan)利用(yong)光電(dian)(dian)轉換(huan)模塊將光信(xin)號(hao)解調為電(dian)(dian)信(xin)號(hao),通過串口將信(xin)號(hao)發送到電(dian)(dian)腦(nao)復原(yuan)并顯示(shi)出來,目前已經(jing)實現數(shu)字(zi)信(xin)號(hao)和模擬信(xin)號(hao)的(de)(de)傳輸(shu)。

  在(zai)試(shi)驗過(guo)程中的(de)信(xin)(xin)號(hao)解調(diao)部分,為(wei)降(jiang)低(di)調(diao)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya),提高(gao)接(jie)收端(duan)的(de)靈敏度(du),我(wo)(wo)們使(shi)用(yong)了一個(ge)二級放(fang)大(da)(da)電(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu),如圖3所示,使(shi)用(yong)了一個(ge)T型網絡比例(li)運算放(fang)大(da)(da)電(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu)和(he)一個(ge)同相比例(li)放(fang)大(da)(da)電(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu)相結合的(de)二級放(fang)大(da)(da)電(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu),可以實(shi)現小信(xin)(xin)號(hao)下實(shi)現100倍的(de)增益,同時在(zai)后(hou)端(duan)加入一加減(jian)(jian)運算電(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu),可以實(shi)現信(xin)(xin)號(hao)的(de)偏置調(diao)節(jie),這樣就可以任意調(diao)整閾值,可以最大(da)(da)程度(du)的(de)減(jian)(jian)小環境光強(qiang)對其的(de)影響。通過(guo)此放(fang)大(da)(da)電(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu),我(wo)(wo)們實(shi)現了低(di)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)條件下電(dian)(dian)光信(xin)(xin)息(xi)調(diao)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),我(wo)(wo)們將調(diao)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)控制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)在(zai)0.5kV/cm以內,后(hou)續可以進(jin)一步提高(gao)靈敏度(du),控制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)環境光強(qiang),電(dian)(dian)場(chang)還可以更低(di),在(zai)本文中,因(yin)實(shi)驗環境等原(yuan)因(yin),僅使(shi)用(yong)0.5kV/cm電(dian)(dian)場(chang)對音頻信(xin)(xin)號(hao)進(jin)行調(diao)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)。

  實驗結果:

  模擬(ni)信(xin)號(hao)傳輸的實際光路圖和信(xin)號(hao)對比圖,我們使用(yong)手(shou)機藍(lan)牙作(zuo)為(wei)信(xin)號(hao)的輸入端,將模擬(ni)信(xin)號(hao)加(jia)載到陶(tao)瓷片兩(liang)端,通過電(dian)光效應實現電(dian)信(xin)號(hao)到光信(xin)號(hao)的調(diao)(diao)制后(hou),采集原(yuan)始信(xin)號(hao)和光強信(xin)號(hao),如圖4(b)所示,可以看出,原(yuan)始音(yin)(yin)頻信(xin)號(hao)和經調(diao)(diao)制后(hou)的激光信(xin)號(hao)的波形(xing)基本保持(chi)一(yi)致,說明經本PMN-PT透明電(dian)光陶(tao)瓷調(diao)(diao)制后(hou)的音(yin)(yin)頻信(xin)息(xi)具有很好的保真度。
