高壓放大器在MFC致動的柔性臂構件研究中的應用

  實驗名稱:MFC致動的(de)柔性臂(bei)構件系統搭(da)建

  測試目的:搭建MFC致動(dong)的(de)(de)柔(rou)性(xing)(xing)臂構(gou)(gou)件(jian)(jian)試驗系(xi)(xi)統(tong),測試得到了柔(rou)性(xing)(xing)臂構(gou)(gou)件(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)末端變形位(wei)移與MFC致動(dong)器驅動(dong)電壓之間(jian)的(de)(de)雙(shuang)極性(xing)(xing)非對(dui)稱遲滯(zhi)特(te)(te)性(xing)(xing)。基(ji)于(yu)經(jing)典(dian)PI模(mo)(mo)(mo)型(xing)(xing),通過(guo)疊加一系(xi)(xi)列不(bu)同權重、不(bu)同閾值(zhi)的(de)(de)雙(shuang)邊死區算子,建立(li)描述(shu)(shu)MFC致動(dong)器的(de)(de)雙(shuang)極性(xing)(xing)非對(dui)稱性(xing)(xing)遲滯(zhi)特(te)(te)性(xing)(xing)的(de)(de)改進(jin)(jin)PI遲滯(zhi)模(mo)(mo)(mo)型(xing)(xing),提高其遲滯(zhi)模(mo)(mo)(mo)型(xing)(xing)非對(dui)稱的(de)(de)逼(bi)近(jin)能力。在(zai)描述(shu)(shu)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)動(dong)態(tai)特(te)(te)性(xing)(xing)方面,采用離散傳(chuan)遞(di)函數(shu)模(mo)(mo)(mo)型(xing)(xing)描述(shu)(shu)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)線性(xing)(xing)動(dong)態(tai)特(te)(te)性(xing)(xing),并(bing)與準靜態(tai)改進(jin)(jin)PI遲滯(zhi)模(mo)(mo)(mo)型(xing)(xing)串聯組(zu)(zu)成組(zu)(zu)合模(mo)(mo)(mo)型(xing)(xing),即壓電柔(rou)性(xing)(xing)臂系(xi)(xi)統(tong)。最(zui)后,通過(guo)最(zui)小二乘法辨識得到改進(jin)(jin)PI遲滯(zhi)正、逆模(mo)(mo)(mo)型(xing)(xing),離散傳(chuan)遞(di)函數(shu)模(mo)(mo)(mo)型(xing)(xing)的(de)(de)特(te)(te)征參數(shu),并(bing)對(dui)所(suo)提出(chu)的(de)(de)組(zu)(zu)合模(mo)(mo)(mo)型(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)行試驗,結果(guo)表明其有效性(xing)(xing)。

  測試設備:高壓放大器、直流電源、傳感器(qi)控制器(qi)、激光位移傳感器(qi)、致動(dong)器(qi)等。

  MFC結構組成(cheng)示意如(ru)圖1所示。MFC結構中環氧樹脂的加入提升了整個復(fu)合結構的柔韌性、可靠性和(he)變形(xing)能力,而指(zhi)交叉電極的排布方式大幅(fu)提高了壓(ya)電材(cai)料的應變致(zhi)動(dong)效率。對比傳統的壓(ya)電陶(tao)瓷片而言,MFC的變形(xing)和(he)驅動(dong)能力顯(xian)著增強。因(yin)此(ci),MFC致(zhi)動(dong)器是(shi)柔性結構主動(dong)變形(xing)、驅動(dong)控制及振(zhen)動(dong)抑制的理想元件。

  為了測(ce)(ce)(ce)試(shi)(shi)MFC致動(dong)(dong)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)致動(dong)(dong)性能,搭建(jian)MFC壓(ya)(ya)(ya)電柔(rou)(rou)性臂(bei)(bei)構件(jian)(jian)試(shi)(shi)驗系(xi)統(tong),采用環氧樹脂膠水將兩片(pian)MFC致動(dong)(dong)器(qi)(qi)(qi)對(dui)稱(cheng)地粘(zhan)貼在(zai)鋁基(ji)柔(rou)(rou)性臂(bei)(bei)構件(jian)(jian)根(gen)部的(de)左右表面。測(ce)(ce)(ce)試(shi)(shi)過程(cheng)中(zhong),PC機通過USB總(zong)線將MFC致動(dong)(dong)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)驅動(dong)(dong)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)信(xin)(xin)(xin)號(hao)傳輸(shu)(shu)到多槽嵌入USBCompact-DAQ機箱,然后(hou)(hou)經D/A模塊(kuai)轉(zhuan)換為模擬(ni)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)信(xin)(xin)(xin)號(hao),該(gai)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)信(xin)(xin)(xin)號(hao)經高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)放(fang)大器(qi)(qi)(qi)放(fang)大后(hou)(hou)施加(jia)到MFC壓(ya)(ya)(ya)電柔(rou)(rou)性臂(bei)(bei)上,MFC致動(dong)(dong)器(qi)(qi)(qi)在(zai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)電材料逆壓(ya)(ya)(ya)電效(xiao)應下實現(xian)柔(rou)(rou)性臂(bei)(bei)變(bian)形位移(yi)的(de)精密驅動(dong)(dong)。水平安(an)裝在(zai)柔(rou)(rou)性臂(bei)(bei)構件(jian)(jian)末端的(de)激光位移(yi)傳感器(qi)(qi)(qi)實時檢(jian)(jian)測(ce)(ce)(ce)構件(jian)(jian)的(de)變(bian)形位移(yi),傳感器(qi)(qi)(qi)檢(jian)(jian)測(ce)(ce)(ce)位移(yi)經控(kong)制器(qi)(qi)(qi)調理為模擬(ni)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)信(xin)(xin)(xin)號(hao),然后(hou)(hou)傳輸(shu)(shu)到嵌入在(zai)機箱中(zhong)的(de)D/A模塊(kuai),最后(hou)(hou)經機箱和USB總(zong)線傳輸(shu)(shu)到PC機中(zhong)。整個測(ce)(ce)(ce)試(shi)(shi)系(xi)統(tong)基(ji)于Lab-VIEW平臺完成。

  MFC致動(dong)(dong)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)工(gong)作電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)范圍為(wei)-500~+1500V,故測試過程(cheng)中選取(qu)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)峰(feng)峰(feng)值分別為(wei)400V、600V及800V,頻(pin)(pin)率(lv)為(wei)0.1Hz的(de)(de)(de)正弦波(bo)驅(qu)動(dong)(dong)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)信(xin)號施加到MFC致動(dong)(dong)器(qi)(qi)上,得到柔性臂構件的(de)(de)(de)末端變形位移與驅(qu)動(dong)(dong)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)之(zhi)間的(de)(de)(de)關(guan)系如圖(tu)3(a)所示;不同(tong)頻(pin)(pin)率(lv)在相(xiang)(xiang)同(tong)的(de)(de)(de)輸入電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)下,壓(ya)(ya)電(dian)(dian)柔性臂遲滯呈(cheng)現遲滯的(de)(de)(de)率(lv)相(xiang)(xiang)關(guan),如圖(tu)3(b)所示。

  試驗結果表明(ming):MFC致(zhi)動(dong)器(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)驅動(dong)電壓(ya)和柔(rou)性(xing)臂構(gou)件(jian)變形位移之間存在(zai)著(zhu)嚴重的(de)(de)(de)(de)遲滯現(xian)(xian)象(xiang),不同激(ji)(ji)勵(li)電壓(ya)下(xia)得到遲滯環(huan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)初載曲線基本重合。隨著(zhu)激(ji)(ji)勵(li)電壓(ya)幅值(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)增(zeng)大,遲滯現(xian)(xian)象(xiang)愈加(jia)明(ming)顯(xian)。在(zai)峰(feng)峰(feng)值(zhi)電壓(ya)800V的(de)(de)(de)(de)正(zheng)弦(xian)激(ji)(ji)勵(li)下(xia),柔(rou)性(xing)構(gou)件(jian)位移的(de)(de)(de)(de)最大遲滯誤差達(da)50.6%。值(zhi)得注意的(de)(de)(de)(de)是,在(zai)MFC致(zhi)動(dong)器(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)雙極性(xing)驅動(dong)電壓(ya)作用下(xia),柔(rou)性(xing)臂構(gou)件(jian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)正(zheng)、負(fu)向變形位移存在(zai)著(zhu)明(ming)顯(xian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)偏(pian)置現(xian)(xian)象(xiang),且(qie)偏(pian)置隨著(zhu)驅動(dong)電壓(ya)幅值(zhi)增(zeng)大而變大。在(zai)±400V無偏(pian)置電壓(ya)驅動(dong)下(xia),柔(rou)性(xing)梁構(gou)件(jian)正(zheng)、負(fu)向位移之間的(de)(de)(de)(de)偏(pian)置誤差達(da)24.4%。
