電壓放大器在空間電荷測量系統中的應用
實驗名稱:空間電荷測量系統
測試設備:電壓放大器、電極系統、函(han)數發生(sheng)器(qi)、高壓高頻脈沖源、示波器(qi)、計算機等。
實驗過程:

本(ben)文在(zai)室溫環境下進行了油紙(zhi)絕(jue)緣(yuan)空(kong)(kong)間(jian)電(dian)荷(he)(he)(he)的(de)(de)測(ce)(ce)量,其中(zhong)試(shi)樣內部空(kong)(kong)間(jian)電(dian)荷(he)(he)(he)的(de)(de)檢測(ce)(ce)機理采用PEA電(dian)聲脈沖法,交變電(dian)場下不同相位的(de)(de)空(kong)(kong)間(jian)電(dian)荷(he)(he)(he)檢測(ce)(ce)基于AEPS自動均分移相原理,測(ce)(ce)量系統的(de)(de)簡化示意圖如(ru)圖1所示。
電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓放大器可(ke)提(ti)(ti)供交變電(dian)(dian)(dian)場或直流電(dian)(dian)(dian)場,脈沖(chong)源(yuan)提(ti)(ti)供檢測脈沖(chong)激(ji)勵,交變電(dian)(dian)(dian)場或直流電(dian)(dian)(dian)場和脈沖(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)場共同耦合在待測試樣上(shang);電(dian)(dian)(dian)極系統(tong)中(zhong),上(shang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)極為(wei)半導體(ti)電(dian)(dian)(dian)極,以(yi)乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物和導電(dian)(dian)(dian)炭黑的共混物為(wei)材(cai)料,厚(hou)度為(wei)1.8mm,體(ti)積(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻率(lv)小于(yu)100Ω?m,下電(dian)(dian)(dian)極則為(wei)鋁電(dian)(dian)(dian)極。

在(zai)(zai)空(kong)間(jian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)荷(he)測(ce)量中,被測(ce)試樣在(zai)(zai)不同(tong)外(wai)加極(ji)化(hua)電(dian)(dian)(dian)場(chang)下(xia)的(de)(de)(de)空(kong)間(jian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)荷(he)響應(ying)是(shi)(shi)人們所關注(zhu)的(de)(de)(de),而作(zuo)為激勵源(yuan)的(de)(de)(de)脈沖(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)場(chang)若是(shi)(shi)過(guo)高則會給空(kong)間(jian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)荷(he)響應(ying)造成(cheng)明顯的(de)(de)(de)影(ying)響,引入不必要的(de)(de)(de)誤差。以一(yi)片厚度(du)為270μm的(de)(de)(de)油(you)浸絕(jue)緣紙試樣為例,在(zai)(zai)不施加任何外(wai)加極(ji)化(hua)電(dian)(dian)(dian)場(chang)的(de)(de)(de)情況下(xia),分(fen)別在(zai)(zai)試樣上施加180V和500V的(de)(de)(de)脈沖(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓,得到的(de)(de)(de)空(kong)間(jian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)荷(he)響應(ying)如(ru)圖2所示。

在下電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極235μm的(de)(de)位置(zhi)處,脈(mo)(mo)(mo)沖電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓值(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)為(wei)180V時(shi)幾乎觀測不(bu)到電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)荷(he)峰,而脈(mo)(mo)(mo)沖電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓值(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)為(wei)500V時(shi)能觀測到峰值(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)為(wei)-0.002V的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)荷(he)峰;在上電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極505μm的(de)(de)位置(zhi)處,由于在油(you)浸(jin)絕緣紙中聲波信號(hao)的(de)(de)傳(chuan)播有嚴(yan)重的(de)(de)色散與衰(shuai)減現象,在兩種(zhong)脈(mo)(mo)(mo)沖電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓值(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)下都觀測不(bu)到明顯的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)荷(he)峰。脈(mo)(mo)(mo)沖電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)場(chang)(chang)導致的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)荷(he)峰值(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)雖然不(bu)大,但是在低(di)場(chang)(chang)強(qiang)下卻會帶來(lai)不(bu)可忽略的(de)(de)影(ying)響(xiang)。如(ru)圖(tu)3所(suo)示,為(wei)油(you)浸(jin)絕緣紙在直流電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)場(chang)(chang)2kV/mm、脈(mo)(mo)(mo)沖電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓值(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)為(wei)180V時(shi)加壓瞬間的(de)(de)空間電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)荷(he)響(xiang)應,其在下電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極位置(zhi)處的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)荷(he)峰峰值(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)為(wei)-0.01V,若采用(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓值(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)為(wei)500V的(de)(de)脈(mo)(mo)(mo)沖激勵,脈(mo)(mo)(mo)沖電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)場(chang)(chang)引(yin)起的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)荷(he)峰將使(shi)該峰值(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)增大20%,嚴(yan)重影(ying)響(xiang)對低(di)場(chang)(chang)強(qiang)下空間電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)荷(he)響(xiang)應的(de)(de)分析。
在本文中,用(yong)于空(kong)間(jian)(jian)電荷(he)測(ce)量(liang)(liang)實驗的(de)(de)油浸絕緣紙樣品(pin)(pin)有(you)未經(jing)老化(hua)(hua)的(de)(de)樣品(pin)(pin)、熱(re)老化(hua)(hua)120℃條件(jian)下老化(hua)(hua)48h與96h的(de)(de)樣品(pin)(pin)(下文分(fen)別簡(jian)稱為(wei)(wei)熱(re)老化(hua)(hua)48h與熱(re)老化(hua)(hua)96h)。實驗過程中,將待測(ce)樣品(pin)(pin)浸泡在對應老化(hua)(hua)條件(jian)的(de)(de)絕緣油中進行(xing)空(kong)間(jian)(jian)電荷(he)測(ce)量(liang)(liang),脈沖(chong)頻率均為(wei)(wei)2010Hz,并選取脈沖(chong)電壓(ya)值(zhi)為(wei)(wei)180V。
1)直流電場
測量時極(ji)(ji)化場(chang)強按0.5kV/mm,1kV/mm,3kV/mm,5kV/mm,7kV/mm,10kV/mm,15kV/mm,20kV/mm,30kV/mm以及(ji)40kV/mm逐級升高,且在(zai)(zai)每個電場(chang)極(ji)(ji)化3600s進行相對應(ying)的(de)(de)1800s短(duan)路(lu)測量。在(zai)(zai)極(ji)(ji)化與短(duan)路(lu)的(de)(de)過(guo)程中,均每隔(ge)3s測量一(yi)次空間電荷響應(ying)波形,示波器平(ping)均次數(shu)設為(wei)4000次。
2)工頻(pin)交(jiao)流(liu)電(dian)場
測量(liang)時極(ji)化場強的(de)設(she)置與直流電場類似,按0.5kV/mm,1kV/mm,3kV/mm,5kV/mm,7kV/mm,10kV/mm,15kV/mm,20kV/mm,30kV/mm以及40kV/mm逐級(ji)升(sheng)高(gao),且在(zai)每(mei)個電場極(ji)化3600s進行(xing)相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)對應的(de)1800s短路測量(liang)。在(zai)極(ji)化與短路的(de)過程中,利用高(gao)性能示波(bo)器的(de)快速(su)抓(zhua)取功能進行(xing)數(shu)據(ju)保(bao)存,設(she)置抓(zhua)取數(shu)為(wei)4020次,由(you)于(yu)示波(bo)器保(bao)存數(shu)據(ju)需要一定時間(jian),故每(mei)隔10min測量(liang)一次空間(jian)電荷響(xiang)應波(bo)形及對應的(de)瞬間(jian)電壓(ya)信(xin)號。保(bao)存后(hou)(hou)的(de)數(shu)據(ju)通(tong)過離線方式轉移(yi)到計算機后(hou)(hou),基于(yu)AEPS原(yuan)理進行(xing)相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)位識(shi)別,得到各相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)位下的(de)空間(jian)電荷響(xiang)應波(bo)形。
實驗結果:
與工頻(pin)交流極(ji)(ji)化電(dian)(dian)場的情況類似,在(zai)每個電(dian)(dian)場值極(ji)(ji)化3600s進行(xing)相對應(ying)的1800s短路(lu)測(ce)量(liang)。在(zai)極(ji)(ji)化與短路(lu)的過程中,利用高性能(neng)示波(bo)(bo)器(qi)的快(kuai)速抓(zhua)取功能(neng)進行(xing)數據(ju)保(bao)存,設置抓(zhua)取數為4020次,每隔10min測(ce)量(liang)一次空間電(dian)(dian)荷響應(ying)波(bo)(bo)形及對應(ying)的瞬間電(dian)(dian)壓信號。保(bao)存后(hou)的數據(ju)通過離線方式轉移(yi)到(dao)計(ji)算機后(hou),基于AEPS原(yuan)理進行(xing)相位(wei)識別,得到(dao)各相位(wei)下的空間電(dian)(dian)荷響應(ying)波(bo)(bo)形。
