電壓放大器在雪崩光電二級管輻射特性研究中的應用
實驗名稱:雪崩光(guang)(guang)電二級(ji)管電致(zhi)發光(guang)(guang)輻射特性的研(yan)究(jiu)
測試目的:雪崩光電二(er)極(ji)管是一種高(gao)速、高(gao)靈敏的二(er)極(ji)管。相比于(yu)通常的光電倍增管,APD具(ju)有高(gao)量子效率、高(gao)穩定(ding)性,對于(yu)外部環境具(ju)有很強(qiang)的適應(ying)性。因此?APD在(zai)弱光場測量、光子計數統計方面(mian)得(de)到了廣泛應(ying)用。
測試設備:電壓放大器、單光子探測(ce)器、數字示(shi)波器、單色儀(yi)、示(shi)波器、計算機等。
實驗過程:

實(shi)驗裝置如圖1所示(shi),實(shi)驗中(zhong)使(shi)用了一(yi)個(ge)單(dan)(dan)光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)子探測(ce)(ce)器(qi)(qi)來記錄(lu)APD輻(fu)射(she)出(chu)的(de)(de)光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)子。加載到(dao)(dao)APD上(shang)的(de)(de)反向工作(zuo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)由一(yi)個(ge)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)放(fang)(fang)大(da)器(qi)(qi)來提供(gong)。電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)放(fang)(fang)大(da)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)輸(shu)出(chu)信(xin)號(hao)(hao)由外部觸發(fa)信(xin)號(hao)(hao)來控(kong)制(zhi)。當(dang)使(shi)用方波信(xin)號(hao)(hao)觸發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)放(fang)(fang)大(da)器(qi)(qi)時,電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)放(fang)(fang)大(da)器(qi)(qi)會輸(shu)出(chu)一(yi)個(ge)高壓(ya)(ya)方波信(xin)號(hao)(hao)來提供(gong)APD的(de)(de)反向工作(zuo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)。數(shu)字示(shi)波器(qi)(qi)用于(yu)監視(shi)APD的(de)(de)工作(zuo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流。透鏡Ll用于(yu)收(shou)集輻(fu)射(she)出(chu)的(de)(de)光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)子以提高收(shou)集效率。透鏡收(shou)集到(dao)(dao)的(de)(de)光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)使(shi)用單(dan)(dan)色(se)儀(yi)進(jin)行(xing)選通(tong)(tong)。單(dan)(dan)色(se)儀(yi)的(de)(de)閃耀光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)柵為120groove/mm。選通(tong)(tong)后的(de)(de)光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)通(tong)(tong)過(guo)透鏡L2聚焦(jiao)到(dao)(dao)SPCM上(shang)。SPCM輸(shu)出(chu)的(de)(de)邏輯電(dian)(dian)(dian)脈沖(chong)使(shi)用數(shu)字計(ji)數(shu)器(qi)(qi)收(shou)集。為了減小環(huan)境光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)對于(yu)測(ce)(ce)量結果的(de)(de)影響?,APD和SPCM都置于(yu)光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)屏(ping)蔽裝置中(zhong)。電(dian)(dian)(dian)腦用于(yu)控(kong)制(zhi)單(dan)(dan)色(se)儀(yi)的(de)(de)波長選擇(ze)以及(ji)與(yu)SR620的(de)(de)通(tong)(tong)訊。

當APD上加載(zai)的(de)是周期(qi)性的(de)反(fan)向電壓時(shi),可(ke)以(yi)觀測到APD輻(fu)射光(guang)(guang)子的(de)暫態(tai)特性。為(wei)了提高收(shou)集效(xiao)率,APD和(he)SPCM改成了面對面放置,兩者的(de)感(gan)光(guang)(guang)區域盡可(ke)能靠近(jin)。同時(shi)記(ji)錄APD的(de)工作電流和(he)SPCM的(de)計數值,實(shi)驗(yan)結果如(ru)圖2所(suo)示。
高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)方波信(xin)號(hao)的(de)周期為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)100s。圖(tu)2(a)中的(de)低電(dian)(dian)(dian)平為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)124v,低于(yu)(yu)APD的(de)雪崩電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)。在(zai)這(zhe)個電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)下(xia)APD不工作(zuo)(zuo),APD的(de)工作(zuo)(zuo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)幾(ji)乎為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)0,SPCM的(de)計(ji)數(shu)(shu)值為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)暗計(ji)數(shu)(shu)。這(zhe)段時(shi)(shi)間(jian)(jian)對(dui)應(ying)于(yu)(yu)圖(tu)2中上升沿(yan)前和下(xia)降沿(yan)后(hou)的(de)曲(qu)線。圖(tu)2(a)中的(de)高(gao)(gao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)平為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)176V,略高(gao)(gao)于(yu)(yu)APD的(de)雪崩電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)。這(zhe)個電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)足以(yi)觸(chu)發APD工作(zuo)(zuo)于(yu)(yu)雪崩狀態,因此SPCM輸出的(de)計(ji)數(shu)(shu)值明顯(xian)增大。在(zai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源點壓(ya)(ya)升高(gao)(gao)的(de)同時(shi)(shi),SPCM的(de)計(ji)數(shu)(shu)值瞬(shun)間(jian)(jian)增加(jia)并達到最大值。此后(hou),計(ji)數(shu)(shu)值逐漸減(jian)小直至趨于(yu)(yu)穩(wen)定(ding)。光子輻(fu)射(she)的(de)暫(zan)態曲(qu)線可(ke)以(yi)用(yong)e指數(shu)(shu)衰減(jian)曲(qu)線很好(hao)的(de)擬合,對(dui)應(ying)的(de)時(shi)(shi)間(jian)(jian)常數(shu)(shu)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)t=5.15s。圖(tu)2(d)中曲(qu)線的(de)采(cai)樣間(jian)(jian)隔T為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)0.216s,采(cai)樣時(shi)(shi)長(chang)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)0.1s。圖(tu)2(c)記錄的(de)是APD的(de)工作(zuo)(zuo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu),它具有與(yu)SPCM的(de)計(ji)數(shu)(shu)值幾(ji)乎相同的(de)變(bian)化趨勢。在(zai)這(zhe)個過程中?SPCM的(de)瞬(shun)時(shi)(shi)最大值達到了759Kcps,它是穩(wen)定(ding)時(shi)(shi)計(ji)數(shu)(shu)值(314kcps)的(de)2.4倍(bei);APD的(de)瞬(shun)時(shi)(shi)最大電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)10.24mA,是穩(wen)定(ding)值(2.64mA)的(de)3.9倍(bei)。通過比較(jiao)可(ke)以(yi)看出,APD在(zai)加(jia)電(dian)(dian)(dian)的(de)瞬(shun)間(jian)(jian),會以(yi)很大的(de)概率(lv)輻(fu)射(she)光子。

APD的(de)工作電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)與SPCM的(de)計數值之間的(de)關系如圖3所示,兩者之間的(de)關系為(wei)線(xian)性關系。考慮到空間立體角的(de)影響,APD輻(fu)射出的(de)光子數與加載(zai)在APD上的(de)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)的(de)線(xian)性比例為(wei)44Mcounts/(s mA sr)。APD的(de)工作電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)為(wei)光子輻(fu)射的(de)主導因素。
